Paula Taylor is just so um, um, um… amazing? (Cliche!) I have to admit though, I’m one of those who fell hard for Ms. Taylor after her stint on Season 2 of The Amazing Race Asia. Seeing how she really is and acts in real life - grace under pressure, poised even on candids - just brings out something no pictorial, hosting or acting ever will.

A couple of trips down EDSA was all it took to inspire me to post this. She’s currently endorsing for Myra E and Plains & Prints, and, I really think she has been well received by the “locals.”

Even if I were Marc Nelson (are they together?) - you know, hunky and stuff (not that I’m not not at all!) - with the ability to get any girl I want, I’d still go for Paula Taylor. I think highly of her, you know, just one of those babes you don’t place in sexual scenarios and stuff.

TARA3 fans, did any of you notice her as the “welcome chick” on the Thailand (episode 1, I think) leg ?

Just outside Food Land opposite Amari Hotel, I met Paula and Natasha of Amazing Race Asia 2. They were there to pick up some magazines or something. I must’d scare them a little approaching them and asking to take their photos like that. I was pretty nervous myself. Kinda embarrassing thinking back. They were both very pretty and cool though.

I think Paula grew up abroad and was only scouted when she was holidaying in Thailand when she was 12 or something. According to Thai, her Thai still has that foreign accent but its definetly better than mine.

Whoa!!! finally i get to meet Paula Taylor and Sawaka in person! those girls from the Amazing Race Asia 2 are very gorgeous, giggly and sweet!! But wait, there’s more! =] for the second time, I was able to meet the dashing debonaire, Marc Nelson!! *drooooooooL* Marc and PAula are really into each other! they are so sweet!

Originally, we are supposed to meet them at Starbucks around 5PM.. Me and my Sissy Jo arrived at starbs before 5PM..and we had a problem.. how are we goin to meet Marc, Paula and Sawaka there without them getting mobbed??? (more…)

This was supposed to be a weekend celebration for my mom, it being her 48th birthday, she planned a weekend get away to Pearl Farm for herself, me and marga. I expected it to be one of those usual weekends at the Pearl where I just spend my time snorkling and kayaking as usual, but it was not meant to be.

As it turned out the Pearl was hosting this years Nivea Celebrity Weekend Sports whatever. I being the typical pinoy who doesnt know whos who in Philippine showbiz only recognized 1 person, Marc Nelson, and only because we’ve met once before. Oh behold when I go up to him and say hi, he is accompanied by the beautiful Paula Taylor! Later I soon find out that Rovilson Fernandez and Vanessa Chong are also around. I soon put 2 and 2 together and realize that the 2 couples are what they are couples, thanks to the Amazing Race! I right then and there ask for a picture with them and get it later that evening (thank you Carlos for being Photographer IOU!)…

Amazing Race Asia 2’s radio tour. I’m with Marc Nelson of team Philippines and Paula Taylor of team Thailand. I caught up with them during their radio tour @ JAM 88.3.

Too bad, I didn’t get to see Vanessa Chong of team Malaysia. Nevertheless, I still had my picture taken with them. And, by the way, special thanks to a very good friend, Hilary for taking these pix.
