Paula Taylor runs the obstacle course on ‘The Amazing Race’ and proves she’s a lot more than just cute.

Getting stuck at a traffic intersection in Prague for five hours got the Thai team - model Paula Taylor and her pal Natasha Monks, a brand consultant - bumped off the latest Asian series of television’s “The Amazing Race”.

But not only did Paula not burst into tears, as is often the case among losers on the reality show, she’s thrilled that the folks back home got to see her plough through four rounds of riddles and risks.

Over the past six years English-Thai model Paula seems to have been everywhere we looked. As well as the fashion shoots for magazine ads, she’s been in more than 30 TV commercials, assuring us that Lay’s are irresistible potato chips, and that she’ll smile for anyone with a Canon camera. (more…)

“Oh gosh! It’s so much fun here”, Paula Taylor said. She smiled,she laughed, she posed for cameras. It was 8 pm at Indochina in Singapore where the amazing race asia season 2 finale party was held last Thursday and Taylor was greeting and hugging friends and member of the local and international media.

One works as a VJ in Bangkok, Thailand, and is a rising, hot starlet, having appeared in several Thai movies since 2002. Paula Taylor, Will Be Beautiful to Watch on the Amazing Race Asia Season 2

This week, the new teams were announced for the second season of the hit show, Amazing Race Asia. This version of the popular American show, The Amazing Race, has 10 teams running the race around Asia for a $100,000 prize. The team representing Thailand was profiled and, surprisingly, the very famous Thai actress and model Paula Taylor (aka Punlapa Taylor) is one of the members of the Thai duo. Her team mate is Natasha Monks, who works for a mining company, and is also her best friend. The two have known each other since they were little children.

Paula, age 24, is probably the most well-known and most popular actress in Thailand. She appears on magazine covers every month, is featured in Thai gossip magazines daily, is a VJ on Channel V, and her face and body are used to promote cell phones, clothing, make up and numerous other products. In Bangkok, you can’t go to any sky train or underground train station without seeing enormous posters of Paula plastered all over the walls. (more…)
